DP Coding Projects
In the DP coding website you are given with 325+ projects to begin your coding skills. It is very easy to start, everything is explained thought videos. When you complete the projects, you have the skills of Code.org, Thunkable,Microbit,Pictoblox,basic AI,HTML.
UI/UX and WordPress
When you complete step 2 you are able to design a website and an app using a tool called Figma. From the design that you do, you can create a website, buy a domain host the website into the internet.The knowledge you gather from wordpress from stage 2 will give you the skill to do so.
Frontend Developer.
Become a Fullstack Developer
This is the last step for you to become a fullstack developer.In this step you learn to connect the frontend with the backend by learning languages like Python,Java, Node js, etc. You are now able to mange creating a server-side logic,databases, and API's. This comprehensive expertise allows you to bulid fully functional and intergrated web solutions.
I came to Meth bo sewana DP coding school a year ago. I didnt evan knew how to type using a keyboard. With the help given to me by teachers there i over came that challenge and many others after that.
First i started to code in code.org by looking at the videos uplorded to DP education network. After lot of hardwork now i can make my own website using wordpress.
I'm greatful to Mr.Dhammika Perera and Meth bo Sewana for giving me and many others in my village the chance to fulfill there dreams.
A year ago I came to Meth boo sewana coding school. Now I know many computer languages like Python, HTML, Java and Node.js. I have bulid about 5 websites so far.
when i first came here my English knowlage was not good but now with the help of a lot of forign volenteers i'm improving my English skills.
I also got the chance to teach the things i learn so far to other new coming students. I really enjoy teaching and it gives me much joy to see others learnig.
